Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure sample fabric heat set, stenter, compacting & dryer parameter to achieve quality. Ensure peach and brush machine parameter during production. Prepare dyeing finishing technical data for archiving. Ensure floor housekeeping & PPE (Personal protective Equipment) usage in production area. Communicate with M&M team for sample fabric quality issue. Prepare finished fabric delivery status report. Prepare finishing floor sample fabric status report. Conduct meeting with subordinates on finished sample fabric production & quality issues. Handover fabric swatch & technical data to knitting, Dyeing & Dyeing finishing and laboratory section for sample fabric production
