Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage Microsoft Exchange 2019 in server management, troubleshooting, replication, system maintenance, configuring, performance, backup and other related services in accordance with established policies and procedures.
∎ Implement and maintain user accounts, mailboxes and provided technical support for users in the use of Exchange services.
∎ Monitor and resolve issues related to exchange mailboxes, message tracking, and transport logs.
∎ Manage active directory objects related to Exchange, such as user accounts and distribution groups.
∎ Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting file servers, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance, including tasks like user access management, backup and recovery, and system
∎ End User Data Management: (i) User Access Control: Managing user access permissions and ensuring that only authorized users can access specific files and folders. (ii) Backup and Recovery: Implementing and managing robust backup and recovery procedures to protect data from loss or corruption. (iii) Data Integrity: Ensuring the integrity and reliability of data stored on the file servers.
∎ Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently. Analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Develop and implement training programs for new and existing team members.
