GMS Textiles Ltd. is a complete GREEN Project & one of the most modern composite knit wear factories in Bangladesh is going to recruit “Officer/Sr. Officer (RMG Maintenance)” for factory unit located at Tansutrapur, Kaliakoir, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate & explain all mechanics regarding adjusting & repairing of all types sewing machine and other machines within a short time & effectively with maximum production operation.

• Ensure preventive & break down maintenance of all machine of (Sewing, Cutting, Finishing) section so that standard NPT achieve.

• Ensure/supervise installation, testing & commissioning of new machinery.

• Ensure all kind of sewing machine maintenance, checklist, registrar work timely.

• Prepare Standard Operating Procedure for maintaining all machinery and implement the SOP in a timely manner.

• Arrange providing technical support for all equipment to ensure proper functioning and protection against equipment failure.

• Supervise diagnosis of faults and arranging repair of equipment/machinery.

• Supervise and monitor the technical staff.

• Coordinate maintaining all statistical and financial records relating to all machinery.

• Ensure & fulfill demand of various auditor & buyer as per compliance standards.

• Ensure daily weekly and monthly check of machinery on regular basis.

• To organize & reorganize the sewing mechanic, line wise as per requirement at production floor.

• Responsible for keeping spare parts consumption record & monitoring in connection with store/central inventory
