Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quality Officer/Sr. Officer have to maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
∎ Initiate new ideas, process or system to reduce defects with improve quality.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to the management.
∎ Have to be able to faces Quality Technical Audit.
∎ *** Job Responsibilities of Quality Assurance (Outerwear):-
∎ Monitor the defects are observed in sewing and ensure the defect rates are minimized.
∎ Communicate with buying QC’s and technical to resolve technical issues to achieve desire quality.
∎ Resolve technical issues on the floor to ensure production flow.
∎ Maintains and improves product quality by: completing product, company system, compliance and audit.
∎ Confirm Styling in an everyday manner with record.
∎ *** Job Responsibilities of Quality Assurance (Cutting):-
∎ Follow up all fabric management activities by ensuring fabric shrinkage test, bowing test, GSM, weight etc.
∎ Physically fit and able to stand for long periods & prepare and develop pattern independently.
∎ Able to independently handle size set, pattern etc.
∎ Able to find out about Marker ratio, Marker Efficiencies etc.
∎ Good Knowledge about CAD, Marker.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing.
∎ *** Job Responsibilities of Quality Assurance (Dyeing):-
∎ Monitoring all quality related issues for the dyeing, dyeing Finishing unit as per buyer requirement.
∎ Should make finish fabric inspection and quality report both roll and batch wise.
∎ Able to give shade approvals as per buyer requirements.
∎ Responsible for checking finish fabric quality (roll wise), record data and report to top management.
∎ Should ensure fabrics quality such as shrinkage, GSM, hand feel etc. to meet buyer requirements
∎ Responsible for each aspects of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Ability to work under pressure & should be team player.
∎ Adequate knowledge of MS Office package.
∎ The applicant should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English.
∎ Must be solve all the technical issues.
