Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily plan wise Dyeing Machine Utilization.
∎ Monitor and ensure sample dyeing production as per plan.
∎ Floor monitoring, shade matching & guideline to sub ordinates
∎ Ensure dyeing process based on process recipe to maintain RFT.
∎ Ensure lab to bulk & bulk to bulk RFT.
∎ Shade matching as per buyer standard/swatch & keep record.
∎ Minimize Water consumption every dyed batch.
∎ Working ERP, TDS & sado-master logic software.
