∎ Strong price negotiation skills.
∎ Proficiency in written and spoken Bangla and English is highly preferred.
∎ Must be skilled in computer usage, internet browsing, and email communication.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing corporate clients by conducting sales visits, calls, and meetings to present products and their applications.
∎ Engage with clients to understand their needs and assist them in selecting products that best meet those requirements.
∎ Assist in conducting market research and surveys to gain insights into market trends, identify potential leads, and discover sales opportunities.
∎ Develop and nurture profitable relationships with commercial and institutional clients, identifying opportunities to cross-sell products to both current and prospective clients.
∎ Design and implement sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue, increasing margins, and driving business growth.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and support overall company growth.
∎ Prepare reports such as sales performance, and target vs. achievement, and submit them regularly to the department head.
∎ Lead the forecasting, planning, organization, and management of a sales team.
