Responsibilities & Context:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing corporate clients by conducting sales visits, calls, and meetings to present products and their applications.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and assist them in selecting products that best meet those requirements.
  • Assist in conducting market research and surveys to gain insights into market trends, identify potential leads, and discover sales opportunities.
  • Develop and nurture profitable relationships with commercial and institutional clients, identifying opportunities to cross-sell products to both current and prospective clients.
  • Design and implement sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue, increasing margins, and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and support overall company growth.
  • Prepare reports such as sales performance, target vs. achievement, and submit them regularly to the department head.
  • Lead the forecasting, planning, organization, and management of a sales team.
  • Create and maintain a corporate customer database to ensure timely and effective communication.
