Experience:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Or Masters in any Discipline

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile,Packaging Industry,Garments Accessories,Dyeing Factory

• Knowledge on different labor law, health and safety guidelines, BNBC, environmental law etc·      

• Knowledge on different customer COC and understanding norms of compliance.                              

• Good knowledge on different platform like ZDHC, Higg etc

• Fluent and good communication skill in English                      

• Good knowledge on MS office work and presentation skill.

• Willing to take challenges of work pressure & development deadline

We are seeking experienced candidate with a background in compliance. The responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Responsibilities:

• Able to handle all type of Compliance audits (Social/Technical/Fire & Safety/Building and Electric Safety/BSCI/ Sedex/WRAP/Environment/Oeko-tex /C-TPAT/ /RSC / GRS/ RCS & RAF and others Certification Audits).
• Regular monitoring all the social, safety and security issues.
• Analyze all the work place hazard and risk and prepare assessment accordingly.
• Assist to implement of Legal Compliance /Buyer and Company COC.
• Assist to conduct/organize meeting/workshop/training.
• To prepare factory for facing different audits and visit.
• Assist to conduct /Implement successful internal social compliance audits.
• To keep ready all required documents to face various audit & inspection successfully.
• Preparing and updating all relevant registers/committee as required by local law and customer's code of conduct.
• Prepare and maintain different meeting minutes and training documents as and when needed.
• Checking personal files, salary sheet, bonus & earn leave sheet when needed.
• To interact workers by regular floor visit and make them aware about work place health & safety.
• To monitor all social compliance issues in the whole factory premises on regular basis.
• Assist to conduct fire drill training / first aid training / rescue training etc.
• Assist to provide compliance training to the concern staff as and when needed.
• Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the authority
