Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with merchant regarding lab dip approval issue.
∎ Job / Order ways lab recheck confirm to dyeing.
∎ Communicate with planning concern to set daily dyeing plan.
∎ Communicate with dyeing production concern to clear daily dyeing program as per plan.
∎ Check lab dip shade with concerned dyeing person to resolve issues.
∎ Coordinate with production concern for lab dip & Bulk issues and solve problem.
∎ Prepare dyeing recipe card with process chart.
∎ Root cause analysis & resolve issue during lab to bulk fail & RFT development.
∎ Check dyes stock in ERP.
∎ Collect, Provide and Confirm outside dyeing swatch STD/Counter/App Lab as per plan with authorization of section head.
∎ Communicate with machine supplier for any kinds of machine technical issue.
∎ Prepare RFT report & archive accordingly.
