∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Account and Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Accounting Software, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, bank reconciliation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Prepare & check all type of bills properly
∎ To upload & make payment customer invoice from DBM to IFS software monthly basis.
∎ To collect cash & cheque from customer and prepare daily collection installment & deposit to bank and sending to Head Office daily basis.
∎ To prepare money receipt & VAT challan issue to customer against sales invoice.
∎ To maintain petty cash(advance) bill and money receipt send to Head office to support audit and others department.
∎ To prepare all types of bill and after checking send to Head Office.
∎ To upload and make payment customer invoice DBM to IFS.
∎ To issue money receipt and VAT challan to customer against sales.
∎ To collect cash & cheque from customer and deposit to bank then sending to head office in daily basis.
∎ To maintain petty cash and report to head office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Smooth in IFS Software operation, Proficiency in MS Office & ERP System.
∎ Strong analytically abilities, leadership skill & passion to grow.
∎ Able to prepare full set of company financial statements
∎ Should be proactive, innovative, energetic, hardworking, dedicated and target oriented
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure
Salary: Negotiable
