Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for the preparation, recording, and reporting of accounting and financial data related to Manufacturing Operations, taking care of data validation and compliance matters, according to current regulations, company policies, and SOPs.
∎ The candidate has to contribute to providing basic financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing accounting reports.
∎ Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks including preparing budgets, records, and analysis of factory operational costs and variances.
∎ Passing entries into the accounting system.
∎ Updating the Fixed Asset Register of the company & Collecting supporting documents of financial transactions while entering account information and entries.
∎ Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounting information.
∎ Making payments and keeping the hills paid.
∎ Processing incoming payments.
∎ Supporting the management in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
∎ Maintaining accounting control by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
∎ Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts.
∎ Supporting to implement and maintain standardized reports for inventory.
