Retired Army/Airforce/ Navy/ BGB Personnel (Minimum Warrant Officer rank) will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure the safety, security, and protection of all personnel, materials, installations, and vulnerable areas within the factory premises.
Ensure all types of gate passes (men, materials & others) are maintained and kept as record.
Ensure proper supervision, operation, and maintenance of the digital attendance system for all categories of employees, workers, and visitors.
Monitor daily attendance data through the digital system and coordinate promptly to resolve any discrepancies or technical issues.
Ensure that all employees correctly use the digital system for recording their entry and exit.
Oversee all vehicle entry and exit, ensuring proper verification, register documentation, and effective management of drivers and vehicles within the factory premises.
Ensure continuous monitoring of CCTV systems and timely reporting of any observations or incidents.
Prepare duty roster of the security staffs and monitor & deploy security at any emergency.
Ensure proper supervision of day-night security operations of the factory.
Ensure proper supervision and monitoring of security operations, including store item loading and unloading, security post activities, and boundary inspections.
Prepare and submit all security-related reports accurately and within the specified timeframe.
Ensure a smoke-free environment is maintained throughout the factory premises.
