∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement, Cement Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining Petty Cash as Shift Wise Duty in Cash Book and ERP/Tally.
∎ Prepare vouchers of Payment, Receiving and Journals after proper authorization.
∎ Regular bill adjustments of Ghat/Warehouse.
∎ Prepare suppliers bills and reconciliation.
∎ Banking: Cash withdrawn and Reconciliation
∎ Prepare reports of the Logistics Expenses (Truck, Vessels, Ghat/Warehouse, Rental, etc.).
∎ Consult with the Logistics team on how to be efficient and decrease the expenses.
∎ Documentation and preservation: Scan all vouchers, Documents and preserve accordingly.
∎ Visit Warehouse/Ghat when needed.
∎ Any task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge in Principles/Basic Accounting.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Have good knowledge of using MS Office. (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
∎ Self-Motivated, Confident, Honest, Polite and Gentle.
