Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and VAT
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper compliance with VAT Act & Rules within the group.
∎ Collect Mushak-6.3 (VAT Challans) and Verify.
∎ Provide VDS challans & Mushak-6.6 to suppliers
∎ Deposit Treasury Challans to the Bangladesh/Sonali Bank.
∎ Prepare reconciliation statement between VAT record and accounting record.
∎ Report on export, import, Mushuk 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 9.1 and Sub Form.
∎ Communicate with Store, distribution, security, Commercial & Head Office relating to VAT.
∎ Anchor VAT activities of Head Office, Factories, Supply Chain and contract parties.
∎ Monitor the deduction of VAT at source and deposit the same to the government treasure on time.
∎ Perform, review and coordinate the Accounts, Internal Audit department on preparation of Accounts Reports considering Tax & VAT.
∎ Prepare VAT Challan, maintain VAT related ledgers and relevant documents.
∎ Process VAT issues as per compliance, ensuring appropriate documentation and support in VAT invoicing, purchase register, sales register update & VAT return process VAT books (Sales & Purchase) of accounts as per VAT Act & Rule.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be practical experience on vat documentation in a manufacturing company for minimum two years.
∎ Practical knowledge in SAP will be preferred.
∎ If don't have Practical Experience on above mention criteria did not need to apply.
