Responsibilities & Context:
∎ VAT Software operating, Implementation and monitoring;
∎ Input on VAT planning as per laws and regulations;
∎ Update and maintaining Mushak Register 6.1, 6.2, 6.2.1 and other books as per VAT ACT & Rules;
∎ Prepare Mushak-4.3 input-output co-efficient, submit to the division office and appeared at hearing at VAT Office.
∎ Issue Mushak 6.3 (VAT Invoice) at VMS Software and Manual.
∎ Issue a certificate for deducting Tax at source U/S 58 and Mushak 6.6 to party;
∎ Preparing and filing monthly VAT return (Mushak 9.1) and relevant other documents;
∎ Calculating VDS & TDS on daily bill voucher and consultant with A/C Department for posting the entry in software;
∎ Making Sales & Purchase posting Daily basis.
∎ Online A Challan Preparation and processing for approval from management;
∎ VAT, VDS & TDS reconciled monthly on software;
∎ Deposit Treasury challan to Bank and commercial job.
∎ Submit monthly Tax Withholding to Tax Commissioners;
∎ Maintaining the required documents- Copy of bill, Bill of Entry (BOE), Online A Challan and others for Tax & VAT authority;
∎ Support, Communicate and coordinate to finance & Accounts Department, Internal Audit department and external audit;
∎ Deal and good relation with Tax and VAT Authority;
∎ Any other work given by management of the company.
