Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA with a major in Finance/ Accounting from any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct daily reconciliation of VAT purchase register for ( Mushak-6.1) for taking input VAT adjustment of output VAT payment of Central VAT under all units.
∎ Check VAT Sales register for (Mushak- 6.2.1) to accurate Central VAT Payment on a daily basis
∎ Prepare & submit central VAT Online Return for (Mushak-9.1)
∎ Prepare Input & output Coefficient for (Mushak-4.3) under Central VAT all units
∎ Ensure payment using appropriate for (TR-6) of VDS & TDS as per government rules & regulations
∎ Ensure approval of return & refundable finished goods adjustment for (Mushak-6.7) from Integrated VAT Administration Systems (IVAS)
∎ Enlist and amend new branch by (Mushkak -2.1) from VAT online System
∎ Fill out VAT information for Smooth VAT operation across various Department of Aarong such as Finance & Accounts Department, Procurement Department, E-Commerce & Marketing Department, Store Department, IT Department, Quality Control Department for better Service & Compliance

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-3 years of experience in the relevant field
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel. ERP & VAT Softwares
∎ Basic knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Tax, VAT, Customs Area
∎ Understanding of VAT Books of Accounts, VAT & Tax Act. & Rules
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills
