Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To implant a fresh and enthusiastic outlook into the work environment of the organization initiated the Officer (Trainee) program.
∎ To facilitate a future pool of business leaders, we identify talents most suited to the program from prominent institution across the country.
∎ Responsibilities will include duties in Production (such as Sewing, Cutting, Finishing, Printing and Quilting) & IEP department.
∎ Completing all assigned tasks and duties in the different departments, and accumulating knowledge of operations.
∎ Understanding line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, company policies, and practices that affect each phase of business.
∎ Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
∎ Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
∎ Data collection, validation, and presentation.
∎ GMS Textiles Ltd. is a complete GREEN Project & one of the most modern composite knit wear factories in Bangladesh is going to recruit “Officer (Trainee) - RMG Operation & IEP” Department for factory unit located at Tansutrapur, Kaliakoir, Gazipur.
