Responsibilities & Context:
GMS Textiles Ltd. is a complete GREEN Project & one of the most modern composite knit wear factories in Bangladesh is going to recruit “Officer (Trainee) - IE & Production” for factory unit located at Tansutrapur, Kaliakoir, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for productivity improve.
Candidate will be responsible for Line Balancing, Bottleneck Solve, Capacity ensure.
Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity as per Operation Breakdown.
Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the target production or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
Building relationship with merchandising department & Production people (store, cutting, sewing, finishing & washing) for smooth operation.
Manage production staff and increase line wise production.
Study and record time and motion, methods, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance and other worker operations for such purposes as establishing standard production rates or improving efficiency.
Evaluate staff performance, new operator's skill assessment, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career developments
