Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure all quality control and quality assurance procedures are maintained within textile operations from start to finish.
∎ Ensure fabric inspection as per order sheet, buyer requirements, FTD (Fabric Technical Datasheet) , test report, approved sample and related documents
∎ Ensure 100% online & offline finished fabrics inspection according to 4-Point system by maintaining quality online & offline SOP Monitor the batch-wise fabric that is sent to Physical Testing Laboratory for test purposes
∎ Prepare job card for declared non-conformed Fabric for sending to relevant Department or Section for Corrective Actions
∎ Rearrange and assign existing manpower based on production requirement
∎ Check and vet by signature all inspection report for every shift To identify shading difference check GSM chain board
∎ Ensure and maintain floor housekeeping and compliance issues
∎ Develop appropriate and qualified subordinates for taking on next level responsibilities
