∎ Special Requirements:
∎ Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus (GDS).
∎ Fare search, Fare quote, Make Booking, Issuing tickets, Re-Issue, Cancellation, Void tickets, Process Refunds, Re-valid Tickets, Issue EMD, Issue Group Tickets etc.
∎ Able to speak & understand English.
∎ IATA certifications or Training/Trade Course: Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus.
∎ Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a reputed Travel Agency.
∎ Airlines Related Person will be preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Airline's ticketing & Reservation, Computer Skill, Language skills both in Bengali and English. Microsoft Office, Dealing with Airlines Staff's, and Customer.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Ticketing & Reservation.
∎ Hajj & Umrah related PNR Bookings.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Travel Agencies.
∎ Proven working experience as a ticketing and reservation
∎ Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
∎ Demonstrable ability to handle crises.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
