Knowledge on showroom site selection
Strong knowledge on visual merchandising.
Negotiation skills for property acquisition.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and evaluate potential showroom space or location.
Site survey and primary discussion with landowner/real estate agencies
Negotiation with landlords and prepare rental/lease agreement.
Coordination with legal, finance and sales operations.
Develop and ensure instore merchandising plan as per company guidelines.
Ensure proper product display, signage, and branding materials as per guidelines.
