• 3-10 years of relevant experience in merchandiser/showroom acquisition, ideally in Electronics industries.

• Design/AUTO-CAD.

• Knowledge on showroom site selection

• Strong knowledge on visual merchandising.

• Negotiation skills for property acquisition.

• Identify and evaluate potential showroom space or location.

• Site survey and primary discussion with landowner/real estate agencies

• Negotiation with landlords and prepare rental/lease agreement.

• Coordination with legal, finance and sales operations.

• Develop and ensure instore merchandising plan as per company guidelines.

• Ensure proper product display, signage, and branding materials as per guidelines.
