∎ BBA and MBA with major in Accounting from Public University or Private University of NSU/BRAC/EWU/AIUB/IUB and BUP.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Should possess a diverse set of expertise and knowledge of COSO, COBIT, GAAP, IFRS and ISA.
∎ Advanced Excel/SAP/ERP knowledge and skills will get priority.
∎ At least 03 to 04 years of hands-on internal audit working experience.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Define the scope of financial, operational and IT audits using appropriate procedures to ensure timely completion.
∎ Conduct routine audits in factories, Ghat operations, and warehouses to ensure compliance with relevant acts.
∎ Perform scheduled market visits to verify the pricing of purchased items and materials.
∎ Conduct sales audits to ensure activities align with company policies.
∎ Perform post-audit checks on payment processes to ensure compliance with existing policies.
∎ Authenticate day-to-day financial transactions using the iBOS web application.
∎ Regularly verify inventory and fixed asset records through physical counts and software reports.
∎ Carry out surprise investigation audits as required by senior management.
∎ Provide audit findings with root cause analysis and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Conduct production, processes, procurement and financial audits are completed within deadlines.
∎ Prepare and submit audit plans to the line manager for each engagement within the stipulated time frame.
