∎ Master of Business Administration from any Reputed public & private University.

Job Context:
∎ Health Family Care is implementing a health program in Bangladesh and more specifically a health and social protection scheme. It is supported by a French NGO, which specializes in the design and implementation of concrete development aid programs.
∎ The objectives of this health program is to improve the access to quality healthcare for urban slum dwellers and to secure their socio-economic situation. It is divided into three priority areas of activity:
∎ Health micro-insurance: partial coverage of health expenses, including the healthcare at HFC medical center.
∎ Medical and social Support: hotlines, home visits, hospital visits to advice and refer the beneficiaries.
∎ Preventive Health: group training, home visits to improve the knowledge, attitudes and practices of beneficiaries.
∎ The mentioned health program is seeking a Officer/Sr. Officer - Finance, Administration & Encoding to implement the activities.
∎ Reporting To: Program Manager / Finance and Admin Manager
∎ Coordination & Collaboration With: Branch Manager, Medical Advisor, HR Team
∎ Supervision Of: Junior Officer and Office Assistant
∎ JOB LOCATION: Dhaka (Bhashantek, Mirpur -14)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ DATA MANAGEMENT
∎ To control the data entry in the information and management system (B'mas)
∎ To encode in B'mas
∎ To ensure the production of the monthly operation reporting and any other information required for program monitoring and evaluation
∎ To ensure the provision of all data and documents necessary for the implementation of the activities (contribution collection, promotion, contract form, card, etc.)
∎ To interface with the B'mas manager at ATIA
∎ FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
∎ Support to the FAM on the implementation of the Fin-Admin processes and rules /compliance with the manual.
∎ To record all kinds of daily transaction (Receipt/Payment/Adjustment) with proper voucher and accurate documents
∎ Ensure the Bank deposit of the received amount against all kinds of services of the organization with proper voucher/documents
∎ To prepare daily cash closing statement and maintenance Petty Cash
∎ To calculate deductions for VAT and TDS and confirm deposit to government treasury as per government law and to report to Head office.
∎ To prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement and banking relation (new cheque book, Bank statement etc.), including the health mutual fund.
∎ Prepare monthly salary sheet and other benefits and ensure bank transfer on time after receiving necessary approval.
∎ To prepare different accounting reports as per the requirement of the management.
∎ To maintain Advance Register, Cheque Issue Register and Cash Book Register.
∎ To receive the amount from the Collector and deposit bank regularly.
∎ To prepare monthly Budget forecast (funds request for ATIA) and Realization statement.
∎ To contribute to Budget Follow up statement with variance analysis based on actual expenditure of Health Family Care.
∎ Assist to FAM for the preparation HFC project's FD6 (project proposal with qualitative and quantitative data), Revise of the FD6 (if needed), FC-1 (for free donated goods/money release only one time.
∎ To contribute to the annual Budget.
∎ ADMINISTRATIVE
∎ To take care Inventory & Maintain Stock register
∎ To provide all the administrative support (House rent/Car rent/ monthly Stationary/ Office Supplies, IT tools etc.).
∎ To provide all kinds of procurement related support to the office.
∎ Update Fixed Asset Register.
∎ Expatriates' VISA & NGOAB Work permits related work.
∎ To provide all kinds of logistic related support to branch.
∎ Assist to FAM for the draft of all kinds of contracts/agreements/enlistments/MoU.
∎ To provide all the administrative support for the NGO registration process.
∎ REPORTING AND PLANNING
∎ To participate in the monthly management meeting for the analysis of the results and activities of the previous month, for the planning of the activities for next month.
∎ To participate in the definition of strategic adjustments of the action.
∎ To contribute to the annual filling of operational forecast modeling tools (Business plans).
∎ HR SUPPORT
∎ Support the Human Resources team in managing the leaves of HFC team members.
∎ Other occasional HR support when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-5 years of experience.
∎ Working experience in NGO will add more value.
∎ Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Proactivity.
∎ Analytic Skills.
∎ Autonomy.
∎ Organizational skills.
∎ Computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT).
∎ Strong motivation to work in development field and NGO.
∎ Flexibility.

Salary:
∎ BDT between 23,000 - 38,000 per month based on qualifications and experience.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Weekly Two holydays, Gratuity, Mobile Allowance, Annual leaves, Sick Leaves and as per organization policy.
