∎ BBA/MBA in Marketing will get preference.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an Officer with at least 2-3 years of experiences in the Business Development Department.
∎ Job Location: Head Office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand the battery swapping network by persuading dealers to join the franchise.
∎ Identify and pursue potential dealer partners to join the network.
∎ Develop strong relationships with existing and potential partners to maximize business opportunities
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with dealers, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable for the company.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
∎ Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure successful implementation of business development initiatives.
∎ Organize roadshows and other marketing events to attract battery partnership.
∎ Design the franchise fee charging model and ensure its successful implementation.
∎ Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress towards targets.
∎ Representing the company at industry events and conferences.
∎ 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related setting, preferably in the automotive or energy industry.
∎ Experience with battery swapping or electric vehicle technologies a plus.
∎ Proven track record of developing and maintaining successful partnerships and relationships with key Dealer.
∎ Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with Dealers at all levels.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO and UL.
∎ Candidates should have intention to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for Dealer's visit.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.
∎ Applicants must have problem solving skills.
∎ Good command in English both in writing & speaking.
∎ Has strong communication skill.
∎ Capability of Self planning.
∎ Good communications skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Regular report generation and presentation.
∎ Identifying potential markets/dealers along with new sales opportunity.
