Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct trial in lots to reduce the consumption of dye and chemical.
∎ Prepare shade band of initial lot in different wash along with ensuring required quality.
∎ Prepare liquor ratio for acid wash/ jelly wash.
∎ Supervise first bulk dry process/burnout wash/tie acid wash/resin spray.
∎ Allocate worker as per priority of work.
∎ Check overall production quality status & give instruction if required.
∎ Check issues for PP spray solution, tie, whisker dummy & pattern.
∎ Instruct supervisor regarding tag place/tuck.
∎ Monitor & check garment grinding, destroy & acid wash.
∎ Monitoring hourly production status.
∎ Coordinate in affairs related to shift handover, production, quality, risk and priority.
