∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all quality control and quality assurance procedures well follow in textile operations.
∎ Check and ensure fabrics quality and shade as per buyer requirement.
∎ Find out the fabrics defect and solve it in the root level before fabrics finished.
∎ Ensure Order sheet, buyer requirement, FTD, test report, approved sample and related documents for fabric inspection.
∎ Ensure 100% online & offline finished fabrics inspection according to 4-point system
∎ Prepare job card for nonconformity fabric and send to concern department for corrective actions.
∎ Capable and manage fabrics quality by handling subcontract dyeing and finishing as per buyer requirement.
∎ Manpower rearrangement based on floor shift requirement and capable to handle shift independently.
∎ Check & sign all inspection report of the shift & Check GSM board and shad continuity card to identify shading difference.
∎ Ensure floor housekeeping & compliance issues.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Minimum Work Experiences in fabrics quality 2-5 years
