Additional Requirements:
∎ 1.    Positions Required BBA / MBA in Accounts / Finance / HRM / Management with good Academic record from Reputed Universities.
∎ 2.   Having CA-CC / CMA-Partial / Any other Related Professional Qualification will get preference
∎ 3.Minimum Three (3) Years Practical Experience in Related Field from Reputed Organizations.
∎ 4.    Must be Honest, Polite, Sincere, Pro-active, Self-motivated, Energetic, Hard Working and Non-Smoker.
∎ 5.    Knowledge Required in Industrial ERP, Tally ERP, MS Office, E-mail and Internet.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ HR, Payroll, Admin & Compliance Audit: Checking & Follow-up of Attendance, Salary, Wages & Allowances, New Join, Maternity, Final Settlements, Dining Expense, Fooding Bill, Traveling & Conveyance Bill, Transport, Security, Fire, Other Administrative Expenses and Non-Fulfillment of Compliances.
∎ Finance & Accounts Audit: Checking & Follow-up of Cash Payments & IOU Maintain, Cash Vouchers & Ledger.
∎ Procurement, Civil & Maintenance Works Audit: Checking & Physical Verification of Local Purchase, Civil & Maintenance Works through Requisition, Quotation, Market Survey, Purchase Order / Work Order / Agreements, Quantity, Quality, Service, MRIR and Invoice / Bill.
∎ Others: Assist to Seniors in Coordinating the Auditors Engaged in Various roles i.e. Sub-Contract Works Audit, Sales Audit, Audit of Leftover / Reject / Scrap / Waste Control, All Main & Sub Stores Audit on-the-spot Delivery System & Challan-Gate Pass, Receiving System & Challan-Inspections, Storing System, Inventory, Misuse, Forgery and Any other Task / Assignments given by the HOD.
∎ Must be Honest, Polite, Sincere, Pro-active, Self-motivated, Energetic, Hard Working and Non-Smoker.
∎ Knowledge Required in Industrial ERP, Tally ERP, MS Office, E-mail and Internet.
