∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Cash and Fund management, Cash Flow Management, Cash Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper records of all business transaction as per factory & HO requirements.
∎ Maintain daily cash disbursement as per company guideline.
∎ Maintain payment to Suppliers, Employees, Bank and Others.
∎ To ensure posting the transaction in the accounting software in proper accounts head.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Garments sector.
∎ Maintaining books of accounts (cash book, bank book & Cheque register)
∎ Preparing of Requisition for cash & others Expenses and issuance of Cheque.
∎ Maintain daily cash book, record transaction and Receipts & payment account
∎ prepare cash flow statemen & report to the management.
∎ Proper data Entry to Tally or Other software.
∎ Distribution cash as per approval Requisition.
∎ Prepare all kinds of Voucher (Debit, Credit, Contra, Journal)
∎ Initiate any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Readymade Garments Industries.
∎ Capability to work hard with proactive manner
∎ Should be ready to work under pressure.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation particularly MS Excel & other Office application.
∎ Good moral value with ethical commitment;
∎ Well behaved, convincing & positive attitude;
∎ Must be fluent in both English & Bangla.
