Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Ex defense personnel rank of Sergeant/JCO will be preferred.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Retired Armed Forces, Security
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Security Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work as Shift In-Charge and report to the Head of Security.
∎ To maintain & check the deployment chart (Post) of the security personnel.
∎ To ensure all security personnel report for duty at least 10 minutes before the shift and arrange necessary replacement for any leave or absent issues during shift.
∎ Monitor & Supervise the day to day activities of Security Guards, Supervisors, Inspectors and third-party Security Team, etc. during shift.
∎ Carry out frequent security round to all guard posts, visit to the different installations of GPH including the Deep Pump points, Dam, Worker’s Barrack, Warehouse, etc. and sign in the occurrence register.
∎ Prepare details shift duty report, record in a register & submits a copy to Head of Security.
∎ To perform special duty inside and outside the plant as per instruction of Head of Security. (such as at port duty, patrol duty, etc.).
∎ Record all types of important events occurred including accidents/incidents/unusual events in occurrence register with detailed information mentioning place, date & time and related person with mobile number.
∎ Ensure attendance of Security Guard/Supervisors/Inspector during disposal/ removal of scrap materials sold by auction.
∎ Carry out frequent checks and ensure that no casual worker is found working in the Plant premises without valid pass. Check that after office hours all third-party workers left the premises.
∎ Prepare Shift wise security planning & Monthly Training Planning and submit to Head of Security.
∎ Assist for ensuring safe and secured environment for employees, visitors and stakeholders.
∎ To ensure that no security hazards persist in the GPH premises.
∎ Check office supplies and various kits/equipment (such as water, electricity, etc.) that are required for the security purposes and place demand for procurement in consultation with the Head of Security.
∎ If any accident /incident/ fire hazard/ unwanted situation or any emergency take place inside or outside the plant, go there immediately & take appropriate measures informing concerned department and agencies.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
