Computer knowledge in MS Office.

Responsibilities & Context:
Order input to system to delivery.
DTM/Sample follow up.
Issue PI, LC also follow up & unshipment.
Correspondence with customer (mail & phone).
Process order daily, handover PI within 24 hours.
Any other task assigned by the department manager.
