Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive proper support and service.
∎ Develop and expand relationships with new clients, including architects and developers, to grow the product market.
∎ Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, and coordinate with the production department to implement improvements.
∎ Consistently work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the management.
∎ Ensure that all activities adhere to the guidelines and policies established by the management.
∎ Contribute to the company's overall marketing objectives externally (with customers) and internally (with team members).
∎ Provide detailed information to the marketing manager to assist in budgetary control for specific activities.
∎ Submit daily and weekly reports on visits and activities to the Head of Marketing & Sales Department.
∎ Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the management.
