Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to monitor and control the organizations Security Team and the security operations.
∎ Implementing security protocols and ensure safety of the Premises, Goods and Vehicles.
∎ Prepare and monitor the Duty Roster of the security guards.
∎ Sourcing security guard when required.
∎ Detect potential sources of security issues, safety hazards.
∎ Deal with incidents, complaints and investigations.
∎ Maintain liaison with Local law enforcing agencies and Govt. intelligence law agencies.
∎ Ensure the safety, security & Fire related equipment's.
∎ Ensure security of materials in the company's sites by regular visit/checking procedure.
∎ Record daily observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities.
∎ Maintain liaison with all the Departments related to security related issues.
∎ Conduct safety and security awareness meetings with security personnel periodically.
∎ Monitor the leave, attendance and day-to-day operation of the security guards.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Must have a pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Must be fluent both English and Bengali.
∎ Computer knowledge, MS-office is required.
∎ Valid Licence for Motor Bike driving.
