Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Production department to generate quality garments and meet shipment schedule as per TOD.
∎ Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices.
∎ Leads the activities of the team members in the production area in accordance with work instruction and company policy to ensure a quality product delivered on time.
∎ Arrange pre- production meeting with all concern person.
∎ Check all accessories, fabric ,print or embroidery as per trim card and print/emb strike off.
∎ Supervise and support the task of Supervisor & QI.
∎ Process check in line based on the buyer requirements.
∎ Provide technical assistance and solution if problem occurs during bulk production.
∎ Communicate with all the line chief & production officer.
∎ Communicate with the merchandiser ,Sample & Product development Department.
∎ Ist bundle check and put comments.
∎ Demonstrate creativity and flexibility to change to meet current demands and continued departmental growth.
∎ Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety standards as required by law and company policy.
∎ Should be willing, ready to perform other duties as delegated to him/her by the immediate
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have working experience in Outerwear (especially Jacket).
∎ Ability to work under pressure & should be team player.
∎ Adequate knowledge of MS Office package.
∎ The applicant should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English.
