Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA /MBA in Human Resource Management
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or Related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruit and retain a diverse workforce to meet the need of the Response Program in consultation with Manager-P&C
∎ Recruitment tracker needs to be updated on time.
∎ Facilitate & coordinate general administrative services in BRCR field offices.
∎ Coordinate any visits at BRCR field offices.
∎ Ensure new staffs’ joining at Office P & C process and orient them briefly in Coordination with Coordinator- Talent Acquisition.
∎ Maintain all staffs’ file and ensure documentations for future references.
∎ Support Cox’s Bazar Office and Palong Office to meet any urgent requirement.
∎ Maintain leave record and attendance of Cox’s Bazar Office Based staff.
∎ Ensure exit process of staff in coordination Integrated Service
∎ Work closely with Manager-P & C in maintaining P&C related duties.
∎ Ensure office maintenance services, logistics support to employees and ensure office security.
∎ Facilitate repair and maintenance works at BRCR Office.
∎ Assist in Event Management
∎ Assist in Guest Management during in high level visit.
∎ Maintain leave records for all staff in Excel and update staffs on their remaining leave balance as per requirements.
∎ Update staffs’ personal information in Excel on monthly basis
∎ Update P & C Coordinator of resignation, termination, on before of every month payroll and share the attendance as per requirement.
∎ Support to coordinate P&C/organizational events (meetings, training, workshop, special day observation etc.)
∎ Make sure ID card for staff and facilitator provided on time.
∎ Support staff in coordination with supervisor at time of health issue
∎ Keep information of staff joining in coordination with Coordinator-Talent Acquisition
∎ Responsible to take care of plumbing and repair & maintenance of all sanitary fittings/fixtures, furniture and equipment’s.
∎ Ensure Office cleaning.
∎ Collaboration works with Fleet and Safety & Security.
∎ Installation, configuration, monitoring and response to security system
∎ Control the movement and assignment of all Janitorial staff.
∎ Regular small repairs and maintenance services of office assets and equipment’s.
∎ Keys custodian/filing (office/all items under Administration).
∎ Taking care of Generator re-fueling.
∎ Communicate with Mobile Phone Operators. Ensure SIM stock inventory and Management and bill processing.
∎ Supervise and lead seating arrangements and keep the sound system trouble-free at the Chapel Room during any event and daily chapel service.
∎ Facilities – checking on lights, photocopiers, printers, ACs, power supply and inform to Electrical & Maintenance Officer for necessary action and supervise AC and Electrical Servicing work.
∎ Ensure supply of Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar and Cleaning materials etc.
∎ Collect information of troubles and problems of BRCR Office and take necessary action for resolution in Coordination with Manager
∎ Regular small repairs and maintenance services of office assets and equipment’s.
∎ Taking care of all the BRCR agreements with landowners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Understand WV operation in the response.
∎ Understand the vision, mission of World Vision
∎ Understand the Humanitarian industry.
∎ Supervisor/Management, Problem solving, negotiation, communication and collaborative skills.
∎ Strong ability of analysis, decision making and relational skills
∎ Influence on other, personally credible, critical thinker, driven to deliver, courage to challenge and curious minded.
∎ Strong ability to work under pressure, have good time and self-management skills, trustworthy & impartial.
∎ Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability.
∎ Trusted to organizational policy and maintain high confidentiality.
∎ Ability to tolerate ambiguity in change management process.
∎ At least 3 years work experience in staff development or related fields, in a local/ international organization preferably in NGO context.
∎ Proven experience in facilitation and conflict negotiation
∎ Proven experience as a team player
∎ Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
