Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in social science/ business/ environment science/ international development/ international relations or any other relevant subjects from any recognised university/ institution

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct survey and assessment on applicant NGOs.
∎ Assess the applicant NGOs and submit a report to the management and assist to ensure the selection/ rejection of potential implementing partners
∎ Ensure capacity development information for the implementing partners
∎ Provide technical support to the implementing partners
∎ Maintain regular liaison & coordinate with respective implementing partners
∎ Coordinate and arrange quarterly performance review meetings and annual planning meetings with implementing partners
∎ Visit the project sites and provide an update on the progress of the project
∎ Prepare and disseminate reports and preserve all the relevant records

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with national/ international development organisation preferably in the field of climate change and disaster risk reduction
∎ Have sound Knowledge on recent development issues particularly in the field of climate change and disaster risk reduction
∎ Good understanding on auditing, research, survey, monitoring and investigation
∎ Excellent coordination skill with strong written and oral communication both in English and Bangla
∎ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and using internet based communications tools and applications
