Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect, validate, and prepare data for reports to submit to regulatory authorities on various frequencies (i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly) to ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting.
∎ Respond promptly and comprehensively to inquiries from regulators, fostering open communication and addressing concerns effectively to maintain collaborative relationships with the regulator.
∎ Collaborate with regulators to ensure a clear understanding of reporting requirements for new offerings to guarantee accurate reporting of new products and services.
∎ Stay abreast of changing regulations and implement necessary adjustments to reporting procedures to support the adherence to regulatory compliance.
∎ Develop and prepare comprehensive reports for investors and stakeholders on various frequencies (i.e. monthly, quarterly, yearly).
∎ Collaborate effectively with the Business Intelligence (BI) and Business Partner (BP) teams to gather and compile data for report preparation.
∎ Respond promptly and comprehensively to investor and stakeholder inquiries regarding reports.
∎ Stay informed about emerging reporting standards and best practices for investor communication.
∎ Proactively identify potential areas of investor concern and incorporate them into reporting disclosures, fostering trust and open communication.
∎ Collect and analyze campaign data to assess performance of the campaign.
∎ Identify key metrices for success and track campaign performance against established goals.
∎ Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize campaign performance.
∎ Recommend data-driven strategies to enhance campaign performance and share valuable inputs for future campaign design.
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ This role under Management Reporting & Planning (MRP) team ensures transparency and accountability for bKash by managing regulatory reporting, analyzing industry share, and preparing investor and stakeholder reports. The job purpose includes data collection and analysis, responding to inquiries from regulators and stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams for accurate and timely reporting.
