Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Officer- Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning plays a key role in designing and analyzing of project's performance as well as carrying out some essential activities on M&E. Moreover, this position will help measure the project's goal, objectives and vital results by ensuring routine M&E data collection, analysis and reporting from diverse outputs and critical outcomes.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical and practical inputs to design an effective WASH monitoring and evaluation system with the essence of CLTS
∎ Develop and maintain databases, data entry template, data analysis framework, automated reporting system with the coordination of partners and MIS Officer
∎ Provide technical support on Digital Data Collection (Mobile based) to the PNGO staff
∎ Assist PNGO staff in ensuring quality achievements following Payment by Result (PbR) approach
∎ Manage online data base system
∎ Ensure systematic cross/ spot checking and triangulation on the data collected from different sources. This includes desk review and physical verification of data by doing random verifications in project participant, beneficiary and other stakeholders'
∎ Incorporation of gender, disability and equity inclusion issues in monitoring and evaluation systems to promote gender & equity dimension in each and every activity of the project (wherever applicable)
∎ Monitor ongoing activities and provide adaptive feedback to project team and partners NGO/s
∎ Prepare different periodic such as monthly, quarterly and annual reports with close support from respective Project Manager, partner staff and project officers/ specialists
∎ Assist MEL team in designing, coordinating and conducting different studies such as baseline, mid-term and end-line
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years proven track record on Monitoring and Evaluation specially in WASH
∎ Excellent English writing, analytical ability and communication skills
∎ Proven skill in statistical and MS office software packages
∎ Excellent ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team
∎ Willing and able to travel independently in remote project locations
∎ Experience in Mobile based reporting and monitoring system and CLTS approach will be considered as added advantage
Salary:
