Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ B.Sc in Textile Engineering, Major in Garment/ Apparel Manufacturing Technology from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide fellow QC member accordingly to meet Quality Standard.
∎ Knowledge about Certification of ACCORD, ALLIANCE, BSCI, SEDEX, GOTS and others Certification. Also keep records of associated garments / factories are update with tit
∎ Ensure that the existing QMS satisfies the buyer;
∎ Confirm buyer's actual Specifications and ensure that buyer's specifications are properly understood;
∎ Ensure that production starts only when approved PP sample & swatch card at hand.
∎ Ensure that AQL of the company is properly maintained & exceeded
∎ Ensure that all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected & documented.
∎ Take both preventive & remedial measures against occurrence of any defect.
∎ Ensure rigorous control of repairable & washable garments; rigorous control of rejects;
∎ Prepare a quality manual for the company so that company's quality policy & procedures are known to all and implemented at all levels
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experienced in Quality inspection/assurance of any large Lingerie Garment Industry
∎ Pro-active,self-motivated, enthusiastic and career oriented
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both English & Bengali
∎ Strong knowledge of compliance issue and awareness of product safety criteria
∎ Good command of reporting system and well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord
