∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure knitting target production as per plan.
∎ Monitor all quality materials, documents and swatch readiness before start production.
∎ Root cause analysis for failure (production, hit rate%, Quality) in knitting.
∎ Ensure on time order closing according to the plan.
∎ Ensure 5s in production floor to improvement floor work environment.
∎ Check and verify Yarn quality & availability with SCM & MCD.
∎ Review process findings and take corrective actions to eliminate re-occurrence.
∎ Ensure machine are run as per standard RPM.
∎ Ensure standard design change over time to utilize machine capacity.
∎ Ensure on time barcode & quality fabric delivery.
∎ Ensure housekeeping & PPE usage in production area and other compliance issue.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
