Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Cutting:
- Calculate SMV according to the style.
- Target forecasting (Lay, Cut, Sticker & Bundling).
- Make efficiency report.
- Cutting production follow-up.
- Record loss time data.
- Ensure requirement wise fabric availability.
- Follow the cutting WIP & printing, embroidery also.
- Line wise input ensure.
- Cutting plan follow-up.
- Make monthly KPI & performance report.
- Implementation 5S/6S.
- Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.
Finishing:
- Calculate SMV according to the style.
- Target forecasting (Sucker, Iron, Folding & Poly).
- Finishing production follow-up (Hourly & daily).
- Capacity & production study (Bottleneck area).
- Follow the weekly & monthly shipment schedule.
- Coordinate with merchant, supply chain & production team (Accessories)
- Optimum utilization of finishing manpower and resources.
- Style closing report.
- Make monthly KPI & performance report.
- Operation improvement (Kaizen).
