Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Maintain new employees worker recruitment process & prepare CV & personal files and update in ERP system.
∎ • Open mobile bank account, verify and update in ERP system.
∎ • Check & update attendance, leave information in ERP system.
∎ • Ensure OT requisition update in ERP system.
∎ • Ensure salary disbursement process.
∎ • Prepare & disburse all type of bill voucher for worker/ staff.
∎ • Grievance handling in responsible area.
∎ • Ensure housekeeping & PPE usage in production area and other compliance issue.
∎ • Review all findings in respective area and take corrective actions to eliminate re-occurrence.
∎ • Follow up worker probation process.
∎ • Prepare and follow up workers settlement issues.
∎ • Ensure workers biometric & picture update in BKMEA portal on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
