Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain accurate stock levels through proper inventory management and regular audits.
Ensure timely receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials and accessories.
Maintain proper documentation of stock movements (GRN, Issue Slips, Stock Registers).
Maintain Spare Parts & Others General Related Items.
Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.
Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess stock and suggest corrective measures.
Ensure secure handling and storage of high-value and sensitive items.
Conduct periodic physical verification and reconcile with system records.
Ensure FIFO/LIFO methods for material issuance to reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize store efficiency.Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
Experience in store or inventory management.
Technical & Functional Skills:
Proficient in SSP transactions (material receipt, issue,
transfer, returns).
Good command of MS Excel, MS Work & ERP Skill.
Familiarity with documentation: GRN, Issue Slips, Stock.
Reports. - Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.
