Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. The bank-to-bank document was submitted to the local bank for collection/TT
∎ 2.NOC and CNF Certificate issue from the Bank.
∎ 3. Making an Invoice as per the packing list and Booking to Forwander
∎ 4.CO issue from MCCI & EPB.
∎ 5.REX Statement Update for all byers.
∎ 6.BL Draft Checking as per buyer requirement.
∎ 7.Communications with CNF for shipping documents
∎ 8.Communications with every buying house to collect and submit documents.
∎ 9.Communications with every shipping agent to collect HBL+MBL.
∎ 10.All document keeps filing properly as per UD, L/C, and Contract wise.
