∎ BBA/MBA from any reputed University. Science background will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for:
∎ Communicating with customers through various channels.
∎ Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
∎ Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics.
∎ Answer phone, email, and face-to-face customer enquiries & Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems & complaints.
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
∎ Delivering information about a company’s offerings.
∎ Direct customers to online resources & providing proactive customer outreach.
∎ Attend weekly team meetings & participate in team-building activities.
∎ Present ideas for improving customer care, Handling customer complaints & responding to customer reviews.
∎ Develop customer rapport & collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
∎ Encourage customers to complete satisfaction surveys.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age: Around 25 years (May be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates)
∎ Should be able to give solutions to the Customer queries.
∎ Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
∎ Comfortable using computers.
∎ Experience working with customer support.
∎ Should have good understanding about the market and the products.
∎ Absolutely proactive, smart, energetic, self-motivated, determined and be Tactful to meet the expectation of the company.

Salary: Negotiable
