∎ You may provide service in Call or Text in English .
∎ Answering questions about company's services in English.

∎ Take responsibility and solve customer's complaints.
∎ Collecting and analyzing customer's feedback.
∎ Competent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Must have the ability to work in a team.
