∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Relevant experience at any NGO/private Clinic or hospital will be preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform duty at front desk and manage customers, will assist Doctors and Sonologist for service delivery
∎ Counsel patients for Doctor's appointment, Lab services & Follow up services. Also ensure to register of all clients in clinic software.
∎ Provide primary health care services as directed by SMC Clinic in accordance with national standards/protocol.
∎ Assist and provide support Deputy Manager-Clinic Operations/ Medical Executive/ Consultants in operating clinical procedure/ services at SMC Clinic.
∎ Assist in Medical Check-up, USG, ECG & X-Ray testing.
∎ Counsel clients/ patients in a non-judgmental way and maintain confidentiality.
∎ Provide support for preparing customer records for clinical services.
∎ Ensure regular autoclaving or sterilizing of necessary equipment/ logistics.
∎ Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of SMC Clinic including waste disposal system.
∎ Ensure quality services and sustainability of the clinic.

Job Highlights:
