∎ *Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and contribute to continuous process improvement.

∎ *Gather customer insights to suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

∎ Qualifications:
∎ *Bachelor degree or equivalent in business or related field is a plus.
∎ *Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in agro-tech or related industries.
∎ *Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ *Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to details.
∎ *Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
