Job Context:
∎ Currently we have a vacancy for the position of `Officer, Corporate Affairs` where the incumbent will be responsible to formulation and execute the promotional plans of the assigned products in compliance with company goals and objectives.
∎ Job Location: SKS Tower, Mohakhali, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining liaison with regulators, different authorities and maintain good rapport.
∎ Follow up and update relevant licenses of the Company.
∎ Assist in providing company secretarial services.
∎ Preparation and submission of returns with RJSC or any other regulatory body(s) as required under the provisions of the laws.
∎ Drafting of minutes and relevant other documents/reports as required from time to time.
∎ Handling of trademarks related matter including preparation and submission of relevant application/reply as may be required from time to time.
∎ Assist Deputy Company Secretary in discharging his day to day activities.
∎ Other relevant tasks of the Company as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ In depth knowledge of MS Office, Outlook.
∎ Good time management and multitasking skills.
∎ Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in similar type of activities in any reputed Organization.
