∎ MBA/Masters in any discipline from well reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for on time booking to the forwarder, timely shipment as per Cut-off schedule & also ensure document submission to Forwarder & Bank in time as per Sales Contract / L/C.
∎ Should have practical knowledge on E-Booking, E-Packing, E-Invoice solution in the system.
∎ Responsible to make export documents as per L/C, Sales Contract & P.O as per Buyer's requirements.
∎ Maintain very well communication and negotiate with shipping team, freight forwards & C&F agents for smooth shipment.
∎ Should have good knowledge on LC terms & condition, Shipping manual, Purchase order, HS code, Customs Act, GSP, Export policy and others related laws as well as banking terms.
∎ Sound knowledge of all of banking such as export bill collection, TT, NOC and other related issues.
∎ Develop operational process and arrange deliveries / shipments/ Documentations in time.
∎ Daily monitoring with shipping line, Forwarder and C&F person after ex-factory the goods.
∎ Should have working experience in preparing documents as per PI, PO, Sales Contract and Master L/C.
∎ Need to handle any other work assigned by Management.
∎ Preparing export statement, managing yearly customs audit etc.
