∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Credit Recovery
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work on risk management to identify current and potential credit risks and develop suitable mitigation/prevention strategies.
∎ Work with the Sales/Marketing/Operations team to analyze the competitive environment at the dealer level and recommend alternative competitive strategies.
∎ Ensure monthly credit recovery work plan that has to be firmly implemented.
∎ Conduct regularly scheduled field visits as well as surprise visits to ensure credit policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed by the staff.
∎ Ensure sales personnel understand the contingency credit recovery plan and know how & when to put it in place.
∎ Weekly & monthly reporting for overdue, Area/Region-wise collection and recovery performance.
∎ Initiate legal procedures and coordinate with the legal department where necessary.
∎ Door-to-door knock to default/stuck dealer.
∎ Create Pressure on the stuck dealer to recovery.
∎ Engage with customers & reach a realistic & affordable payment plan.
∎ Regularly maintain contact with the customer for target fulfillment.
∎ Individual and region-wise overdue outstanding & collection report.
∎ Taking the challenge to meet the credit recovery target.
∎ Negotiate and influencing to collect market dues from default/stuck dealers or personals or enterprises.
∎ To check out physical stock of DB house.
∎ Ensure documentation of all collection related reports, work plans, and office correspondence.
∎ Any other duties that may be assigned by the seniors/managements from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to work in any part of Bangladesh.
∎ Good communication skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Credit Control, Recovery.
∎ Having Motorcycle driving license will get advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
